Covenant Care was founded in 1994 by healthcare professionals who wanted to create a company that would exceed customer expectations through quality care. We strive to provide complex, comprehensive and compassionate care in a safe and comfortable environment.

At Covenant Care, providing for the safety and well-being of our residents is our paramount priority. Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have monitored and implemented guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS), and state and local health departments.
All our residents are being actively monitored for any signs and symptoms of respiratory concerns, including having their temperatures checked daily. All staff and essential medical personnel and vendors are screened prior to entry, and we continue to prohibit visitors.
We also are doing our utmost to keep our residents, their families and our staff updated as to any new developments at each of our facilities, including informing them should any of our residents or staff test positive for COVID-19.
During these extraordinary and trying times, we wish to commend our staff for their extremely diligent efforts to care for our residents. This is especially true for those members of our team who are working in communities that have been heavily impacted by the coronavirus and may be coping with a short supply of personal protective equipment as reported nationally. We sincerely thank all of our employees for working hard to use PPE per CDC guidelines which helps preserve them for the most critical needs. As a company, we are utilizing all local, state and federal sources to procure PPE, including all traditional and nontraditional sources.
We also want to thank our medical directors and the physicians who care for our residents, the medical professionals who live and work in the communities we serve, and the health insurance plans who help us ensure our residents receive the care they need.
To our residents and families, we commend you! We know this is a very difficult time, having your daily routines disrupted and not being able to see your loved ones in person. You have stayed positive despite the circumstances and we greatly admire how you have supported one another, as well as the care givers in our facilities. Thank you!
We encourage family members to contact their local facility for specific information about their loved ones. Our facility administrators, directors of nursing and directors of social services are providing updates to their local families, and we will continue to make information available through the individual website for each local facility.
