COVID-19 Update

April 28, 2020

At Covenant Care, providing for the safety and well-being of our residents and staff is our paramount priority.  As our nation, states and local communities cope with the novel coronavirus pandemic, we thank you for your continued support and understanding during these unprecedented times.

We recognize that residents and staff at skilled nursing facilities may be at an elevated risk of exposure to the coronavirus.  Since the beginning of this pandemic, we have followed and continue to follow guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), and state and local health departments in an effort to prevent the introduction and spread of COVID-19.

We are also doing our utmost to keep our residents, families, staff and local communities fully informed about any new developments at each of our facilities, including should any of our residents or staff test positive for COVID-19 and the measures we are taking to help limit the spread of the coronavirus in our communities.  Our facility administrators are communicating directly with their residents, families and staff and we encourage you to visit the facility’s website for specific updates regarding each facility.

We expressly wish to commend our staff for their steadfast commitment to the care and safety of our residents.  This is particularly true for the members of our team who are working in communities that have been directly impacted by the coronavirus, especially given the risks to their own health and that of their families.  At Covenant Care, we truly are families caring for families.

We encourage you to contact us directly at [email protected] if you have any questions or concerns regarding our ongoing efforts to combat COVID-19.

Thank you for your continued support.

Sincerely,

Dava A. Ashley

President, Covenant Care
