Our Goal is to restore individuals to their highest level of independent functioning through a multidisciplinary team approach, education and training.
Our Select Therapies rehabilitation program includes Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy services as well as a pulmonary program for qualified residents. The select therapy team's target is to rehabilitate residents to their maximum potential; and prepare them for discharge to a lower level of care, or simply for a return home back to their previous living situation.
In 2010 and 2011 combined we sent home over 430 residents through our Homeward Bound Therapy Program.
