At Shoreline Care Center, we are very proud of our staff, and we have a very strong record of personnel retention.

Our work environment practices an open door policy not only to our residents and their families, also most essentially to our valuable employees. We are open to discussions to continue to improve our day to day operations. On a monthly basis, the department heads nominate and vote to select an outstanding employee of the month. We honor this employee at our monthly staff meeting. It’s one of the many ways that we appreciate what Shoreline Care Center employees can do for our residents every day.
