Our facility is located in a single dwelling residential neighborhood. The faility is an attractive 82 bed skilled nursing facility located in the community of Oakland with private suites available for couples.

Our clinical team offers a variety of specialized services that encompass the rehabilitative recuperation, respite, hospice, nursing, short and long term care needs of our community.

We offer 24-hour skilled nursing services and our staff is well trained to deliver the optimum level of care to each resident in a professional and homelike environment.
