Meet Our Staff

The staff at Waldron Health & Rehab Center is what makes our facility the great place that it is! Together, we work as a team and strive for excellence. No matter what department we work in or what individual objectives we may have, when it comes to our residents, we all work toward the same common goal-"To provide the best quality of care that your loved one deserves".

We have several staff members in all departments who have been employed with us for quite a long time. Why do they keep coming back? Because they are dedicated and love the work that they do. It's a career for them, not just another job! They realize that the decision to place a loved one in long term care isn't easy, but they truly understand the need for you to be able to trust and know that you have found the best place possible. That promise is what drives us each day as we care for our family!

Our leadership team:

Executive Director - Susan Roberts, HFA
Waldron Health and Rehab Center is pleased to announce Susan Roberts as the new Executive Director. Susan has over 30 years experience in long term care.


Interim Director of Nursing - Shelly Hayes RN


Resident Assessment Director - Paige Nedderman RN
Paige has been with Waldron for twenty-seven years. She started her career here as a certified nursing assistant and later became a Registered Nurse. She has been the RAI Director since 1998. Paige is duties include performing all resident assessments as well as careplanning and infection control.


Business Office Manager - Erin Crouch
Erin accepted the Business office Manager position in May of 2007. She has a degree in accounting and eight years of experience in the Long-term care profession. Erin also began her career as a certified nursing assistant at Waldron.


Sales and Marketing Director - Brooke Wampler
Brooke joined our team at Waldron in 2011. She comes to us with over ten years of experience in marketing and sales as well as six years of experience in the health care industry.


Activity Director - Tina Smith
Tina has been with Waldron since September 1977. She brings thirty five years of experience in activities. She provides all recreational planning and special events for our residents.


Social Service Director - Buffy Powers
Buffy has been with Waldron for twenty years. She works to ensure a positive and healthy psycho-social well-being for all our residents. She assists with Medicaid and Medicare D enrollment.


Dietary Manager - Jennifer Harcourt


Wound Care & Infection Control Nurse - Cindy Trolinder RN
Cindy has been with Waldron for thirty four years. She started here as an LPN and later became an RN Charge Nurse as well as holding the Director of Nursing position for 10 years. In 2007 Cindy became the Wound Care Nurse and is now currently in charge of Wound Care and Infection Control.


Housekeeping and Laundry Supervisor - Lorene Ehle


Director of Maintenance - Bryan Davis
Bryan has been with Waldron since June of 2007. He handles all facility maintenance issues. He comes to us with several years of experience in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical skills.


Director of Staff Development - Janet Matthews LPN
Janet has been with Waldron for 23 years. She began her career here as a certified nursing assistant and later became an LPN. She has served as a nursing supervisor, medical records, and now is in her current position as the Director of Staff Development which she has held since August of 2004.
