Wagner Heights Residential offers the following services:
- 24 hour supervision, 7 days a week
- Three home cooked meals daily
- Assistance with Medications
- Private and semi-private rooms available with TV cable
- Emergency call system in every room
- Housekeeping and Laundry services provided
- Furnished rooms complete with bedding
- Patios off every room
- Planned Activities
- Transportation to physicians appointments
- Assistance with arranging incidental medical and dental cares
- Alarms on all exit doors
- We are licensed for both ambulatory and nonambulatory residents
- We are on the same campus as Wagner Heights Rehabilitation Nursing where our Beauty Salon is located
- Residents can benefit from Outpatient Therapy. Such as Occupational, Physical and Speech Therapy. See Wagner Heights
We also provide three levels of care
Level 1
- Special diets as prescribed by residents doctor
- Continent of Bowel and bladder or self care continence
- Occasional reminders for self care
- Independent with Activities of Daily Living (dressing, grooming, bathing and personal hygiene.)
Level 2
- Increased supervision
- Reminder to use the restroom
- Escort to activities and encouragement if needed
- Escort to and from the dining room (encouragement to eat when needed)
- Standby assistance with Activities of Daily Living,(dressing, grooming, bathing and personal hygeine)
Level 3
- Total incontinence care
- Protective supervision due to confusion
- Transfer assistance for wheelchair dependent residents
- Continuous monitoring on dispensing of medications
- Total assist with Activities of Daily Living, (dressing, grooming, bathing and personal hygiene)
