Vintage Faire Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a very special place. We provide nursing care and specialized rehabilitation therapy to members of the community 24 hours, every day of the week. Our Therapy Department has highly qualified, licensed Physical, Occupational, Speech and Respiratory Therapists. They are led by a Facility Rehabilitation Director who orchestrates the therapeutic programs for each resident. We use state of the art equipment and modalities to help our residents achieve their highest functional levels.
Our goal is to help our patients achieve the highest level of activity. We have a well staffed Nursing Department with professional Registered Nurses and Licensed Vocational Nurses, as well as Certified Nurse’s Aides. We provide many kinds of professional care for a variety of needs. We provide complete meal service for an assortment of therapeutic and regular diets as well as select menus and dining. We provide recreational activities centered on each individuals needs and interests.
We provide tender loving care to those members of our community who are unable to live in their homes and take care of themselves. We provide that care at the direction of each resident's physician, and with the information and support of the resident's family and friends.
