Have you ever had an ache that will not go away or an injury from which you can just never do things you did before? The Versailles Health Care Center’s Rehabilitation Department has provided an information list that you may consider to receive outpatient therapy to help with those conditions.

Who can come for Outpatient Therapy at the Versailles Health Care Center?
Anyone can come to outpatient therapy. We are able to assist patients of all ages with any medical condition.

What do I need to do in order to get Outpatient Therapy at the Versailles Health Care Center?
There are three easy steps to complete to get outpatient therapy.
1) Obtain a doctor’s order,
2) Call (937) 526-5570 and speak with our business office regarding your insurance, and
3) Schedule your initial evaluation with our therapy department.

What type of Outpatient Therapy services does VHCC provide?
All services that are available to our inpatients are also available to outpatients such as treatments for strokes, falls, peripheral neuropathy, contractures, wounds, respiratory, dementia, urinary incontinence, and swallowing problems. Our outpatients can also benefit from our use of Wii, Wiifit, e-stim, ultrasound, VitalStim, omnicycle, and much more.

Does VHCC check my insurance and how do I pay for it?
VHCC has several contracts in place with various HMO’s, Worker’s Compensation, Medicaid, Medicare, and many more. Our business office will verify your insurance benefits before your initial outpatient therapy visit. If you have any co-pays or deductibles, you will be informed before treatment to arrange payment options.

What are the hours that outpatient therapy is available at VHCC?
We are available 7 days a week from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. by appointment.

How many times a week do I need to come for outpatient therapy?
Treatments vary from 1 to 5 days per week depending on your needs and availability.

Will I have the same therapist for every visit?
Your evaluation and therapy regimen will be followed by the same therapist and assistant throughout the course of your treatment.
