University Park is a 90 Bed skilled facility with 12 private rehab suites and 21 Bed and Breakfast memory care beds tucked snuggly in the Northern Corner of Fort Wayne. With easy access from Downtown Fort Wayne and Interstate 69 and 469, we are conveniently close to you. Our location is a drop of serenity in the middle of the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
