We anticipate our families to have many questions and we do understand. Here are some of the most often asked questions.
Q- Will Medicare, Medi-cal, or an HMO pay for all or some of the monthly rent at Turlock Residential?
A- No, we are a non- medical facility and insurance may not be billed.
Q- How often does the Doctor see the resident?
A- Residents are taken to the physician’s office for appointments as needed.
Q- Who will provide transportation for Doctors appointments?
A- We will provide transportation or the family may take them.
Q- Can the residents leave the facility overnight?
A- Yes, we will send all needed medication with you for an overnight stay.
Q- Can residents keep their own furniture?
A- Yes, we encourage this. Having their own personal belongings makes them feel more at home.
Q- Are pets allowed?
A- Pets are allowed to visit but do not live on the premises.
Q- Do residents go on outings?
A- Yes, we try to go on an outing weekly.
