Our facility offers a full team of therapists to assist residents in regaining their highest level of function. We have Physical, Occupational and Speech therapists with experience in treating a variety of neurological, orthopedic and medical conditions. We develop individual treatment plans for each resident to allow his or her greatest independence. Our highly skilled and motivated team of in-house Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists assist our residents to attain maximum level of independence. Getting residents back to their prior level of community function through our homeward bound program is of the highest priority following a hospital stay, due to diagnoses such as stroke, broken hip, generalized weakness, urinary tract infections and heart attacks.

Maintaining independence is also a priority for our long-term residents who participate in the Medicare Part B Therapy Program. Residents are screened approximately every three months to access their current level of independence and initiate therapy services, if warranted. Residents that receive nutritional support with a gastrostomy tube are routinely evaluated by the speech therapists for any changes.
