We at Silver Ridge Healthcare Center are very proud of our "survey" results and post them in many areas throughout our facility with easy access for our residents, family members, visitors and surveyors. This information is also available for your review at the Medicare website located at www.medicare.gov. The survey results will provide you with one tool to evaluate a nursing facility. However, since the survey is unable to measure the quality of care, we always recommend a personal visit to our facility to help you understand the dedication and mission of our staff who will be providing the day to day care of your loved one. The aroma of cookies in the oven or homemade soup is ever present from our dietary department. Activities are always occurring in our Silver Station and a great of our residents will be in attendance.
