Beth Garver Executive Director Education: BS of Science, University of New Hampshire Beth has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry and received her license as a Nursing Home Administrator in 2000. She has managed a variety of nursing homes ranging from 59 to 169 beds. Beth joined Royal Care in October 2007. Her patient care philosophy is to deliver the highest possible care to each resident and provide that care in a supportive, accepting and kind environment. She has found great success using the team approach to patient care; involving the resident, family, physician and facility staff. Beth's door is always open for visits from patients and families. |

Nadine Domingo R.N., DON Education: Bachelor of Science, Nursing Nadine has been a registered nurse since 1990 and joined the team at Royal Care in 1994. She has served the patients of Royal Care in many capacities and was promoted to Director of Nurses as a result of her dedication to providing excellent patient care and outstanding clinical skills. She is well respected by her peers, staff and the Long Beach community of hospitals and physicians. |

Eric
Dalisay Facility Rehab Director Education: BS in Computer Science - AMA Computer College,
Philippines Eric Dalisay has been with Select Therapies since February of 2005, starting at one of our external facilities and has transferred to Royal Care in September of the same year. After 8 months at Royal Care, he was promoted for the FRD position and has since lead the rehab team in continuing to provide quality and excellence in care for both long term and short term residents. His experience varies from Acute to Outpatient care dating 10 years back since finishing school and has then focused on Geriatric Care for the past 3 years. |

Katie Boynton Community Liaison Director Katie joined Royal Care as the Community Liaison Director in January 2008. She brings great enthusiasm and energy to the facility and has made a significant and positive impact in a short time.
