We are a 99 bed skilled nursing facility located in beautiful Capitola, California just one block from the Monterey Bay. Our residents enjoy state of the art conveniences in a warm, comfortable, home-like environment. The facility is divided into two separate units with one 28 bed unit dedicated to short-term medical and rehabilitation care and a 71 bed unit dedicated to long-term care. The separate units allow us to deliver more specialized care with the nurses and therapists centrally concentrated in the short-term section of the facility.

Each resident room is furnished with cable television, electric beds, bedside cabinets plus individual closets with shelf space. Patient rooms are private, two bed and three bed with many rooms along our newly renovated courtyard. A 1,000 sq ft lobby is available for visits with your loved ones outside of your rooms and also doubles as our "large" activity room.

Rehabilitation is provided in a large, sunny gym equipped with all of the latest equipment available to ensure that all of our residents achieve their highest level of function.

For residents who enjoy extra pampering, we offer beauty and barber shop services. Open every Monday at reasonable prices, we offer haircuts, sets, perms and coloring.

Transportation is provided on a complimentary basis to regular social outings, medical testing and physician appointments.

We are open 24 hours a day and would be happy to have you visit our facility. Our team of over 120 employees is dedicated to providing you the very best skills in their trade as well as the customer service that you expect.
