We have great nursing care at Norwood and we continue to exceed our corporate expectations of clinical excellence. We track four key statistics: pressure sores, weight loss, chemical restraints and physical restraints and for 6 years in a row we have continued to exceed those expectations.

Received from covenant Care for program development and implementation through the therapy department. The program will be adopted as part of the Covenant Care Best Practice Program for all of their facilities.
