The dedicated employees at the Los Altos Sub-Acute & Rehabilitation Center are what make it possible for us to establish and maintain the high standards for which we strive. Each employee, no matter what their job title is, plays an important role within the facility.
We at the Los Altos Sub-Acute & Rehabilitation Center strive to hire and keep the most qualified employees available. Ongoing training and education classes are provided to employees on a weekly basis to help improve the staff members' knowledge and training. Inservices are conducted on an ongoing basis, requiring employees to demonstrate that they have a practical and working knowledge of the skills required to perform their duties.
