Our Goal is to restore individuals to their highest level of independent functioning through a multidisciplinary team approach, education and training.
Our Select Therapies rehabilitation program includes Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy services as well as a pulmonary program for qualified residents. The select therapy team's target is to rehabilitate residents to their maximum potential; and prepare them for discharge to a lower level of care, or simply for a return home back to their previous living situation. In 2007 we returned 65 people home from our homeward bound program.

Lakeland Skilled Nursing and Rehab Center strives to provide our community with the highest quality of service with the most advanced equipment available.
Lakeland Skilled Nursing and Rehab Center offers a full team of therapists to assist in both inpatient and outpatient settings. We have physical, occupational, speech, and pulmonary therapists with experience in treating a variety of neurological, orthopedic, and medical conditions, including pain management, contracture management, and urinary incontinence management. Individual treatment plans are custom made for each resident to allow them to return to their maximum independence.
