La Jolla Nursing & Rehabilitation Center Therapy Department is managed by an onsite Facility Rehab Director who coordinates the skilled services in Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy.

Our primary goal is always to improve the resident's function to the highest level of independence possible. We have state of the art modalities and equipment and specialized programs that assist us in this process.

Our facility proudly receives numerous admissions and several of those residents were sent to a lower level of care. This includes discharges to home, assisted living facilities, and board & care facilities. A good percentage of our skilled therapy admissions were able to successfully return residents to live within their own community. This is a true testament to the dedication and hard work of our talented therapy and nursing staff.
