Each year, Highland Health Care Center has received excellent results from our state inspection and positive comments from our residents and their families. Our parent company, Covenant Care, held their Annual Meeting in Las Vegas in May 2008. Highland Healthcare was awarded “The Operational Excellance Award, Clinical Excellance Award and the Select Therapies Operational Excellance Award for 2007, thanks to a very dedicated team.
