There is a difference…
We realize that choosing a skilled nursing facility for yourself or your family member is one of the most difficult decisions you will ever have to make. Why do we feel Grant Cuesta Sub-Acute and Rehabilitation Center is the right choice for you? Here are just a few things that make us unique:
- Grant Cuesta Sub-Acute and Rehabilitation Center’s clinical staff do frequent interdisciplinary rounds where our nurses, rehabilitation staff, care coordinators, discharge planners, and others to carefully assess and plan each residents’ individualized care plan. We’ve found this clinical team approach an exceptional way to ensure that both our short-term rehabilitation residents and our long-term residents (and their loved ones) are assured of receiving the finest level of care anywhere!
- Grant Cuesta prides itself on being a teaching facility for Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) and LVNs. After a careful interviewing process, we hire and train our very own CNAs to ensure they are prepared with the clinical skills and our philosophy of quality care as they prepare to enter the field of nursing. Many of our CNAs have gone on to become LVNs and RNs within our facility . If you are inquiring at other Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation centers, please be sure to ask them if they are a teaching site for CNAs – it does make a difference!
Grant Cuesta Sub-Acute and Rehabilitation is the recipient of numerous awards including Operational Excellence, CEO of the year (twice), DON of the year, Innovation Award
and Clinical Excellence Award.
