Janice has been a long time employee of Villa Georgetown, with over 20 plus years of dedicated service. She started as a CNA then and RNA and now is the Activity Director.

Residents and families wrote that Janice is an exceptional employee, going above and beyond the call of duty on a daily basis. Her goal every day is to make our loved ones happy and content in their home and she always succeeds in this endeavor. She plans so many fun and unique activities that require a lot of extra time and energy for her to make them happen. She often enlists the help of her families, which they willingly provide because they know how important it is to her. She truly exemplifies our philosophy of "Family Serving Families" and she truly deserves this award for the devotion and love she gives to our loved ones and the help with their families.
