Ancillary Services
We offer an array of medical services including the availability of pharmacy delivery, in-house x-ray, doppler studies, and laboratory services. Our Medical Director, a podiatrist and a psychiatrist visit regularly. Notary services are available at no charge. Beauty and barber services are available upon request.

Dining Services
Our menu planning is overseen by a licensed dietitian to ensure compliance with nutritional requirements and special diets. Residents are provided a menu and given alternate choices upon request. A salad bar is availlable at lunch and dinner. We are pleased to offer a pleasant dining experience with tablecloths, china and glassware at every meal. Our food is of the highest quality, prepared by experienced cooks. Daily snacks are provided.

Choice of Physician
All Carlinville physicians have privileges at Friendship. If your out-of-town physician agrees to follow your care, we will help coordinate services to ensure continuity of care.

Choice of Pharmacy
For those residents not on a Medicare payment schedule, we offer a choice of pharmacy services. Home Pharmacy services our Medicare patients.

Financial Counseling
We are certified by Medicare and Medicaid and accept a variety of insurance providers. We have contracts with key insurance providers and will negotiate with other insurances, if needed. We provide financial counseling and will help residents and their families determine the appropriate pay sources available for the services provided. We offer hands-on assistance to fill out an application for financial assistance. Private pay billing is available.
