New Programs
Recently we have added a cardio-pulmonary program to help patients with poor respiratory function increase their lung capacity and improve their physical endurance. We have also enhanced our diabetic program with an education series to help diabetic patients learn to live with and manage their diabetes. Both of these new programs are designed to help patients deal with chronic illness and improve their quality of life.
Recreational Programming
Our recreational programming is lead by a certified activity professional with help from activity assistants and dedicated volunteers. Our programming changes from month to month and with the personal dynamics of the individuals who reside with us. We have recently added Tai Chi classes to our activity schedule, as well as access to new releases and films of the past through Netflix.
