Award Winning Performance
Friendship Home has won Covenant Care’s Clinical Excellence Award for eight years since this award’s inception. This award is for clinical achievements in areas such as skin integrity, nutritional status, and success in maintaining an environment free of physical and chemical restraints. In the first quarter of 2010, our staff was the recipient of the Foundational Excellence Award for the IIN Region (Illinois, Iowa and Nebraska). This award is given for achievement in nine key areas of facility operations.

The facility earned the Foundational Excellence Award in the first Quarter of 2010. The Foundational Excellence Award is a traveling award within the IIN (Iowa, Illinois and Nebraska Region).
