Fairview is a 128 bed homelike facility that is licensed as both an SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) and ECF (Extended Care Facility). Located on South Avenue near Reynolds Road we offer an easy to find location that can be reached in 15 minutes through much of the greater Toledo area.
