Emerald Gardens is located in suburban South-Sacramento. Bordering on the established older part of downtown Sacramento and the rapidly growing areas of Laguna and Elk Grove, we serve a variety of needs for services among this diverse population. We are a skilled nursing facility providing skilled and long-term care to our residents. We are respected for our excellent would care, rehabilitation, diabetic and quality of life services. We have a comprehensive therapy program including physical, occupational and speech.

We are so proud of our most valuable assets here at Emerald Gardens, our employees. Emerald Gardens averages 16% turnover among nursing staff. This is well below the industry average. This allows staff members to spend less time orienting themselves to new systems and more time caring for residents. Our Therapy Department has well over 100 years of combined experience.
