Emerald Gardens is located in suburban South-Sacramento. Bordering on the established older part of downtown Sacramento and the rapidly growing areas of Laguna and Elk Grove, we serve a variety of needs for services among this diverse population. We are a skilled nursing facility providing skilled and long-term care to our residents. We are respected for our excellent would care, rehabilitation, diabetic and quality of life services. We have a comprehensive therapy program including physical, occupational, speech and respiratory therapy.

This allows staff members to spend less time orienting themselves to new systems and more time caring for residents. Our Therapy Department has well over 150 years of combined experience.
