Eagle Point earns Awards from Parent Company – Covenant Care

Operational Excellence Award for 2009

To qualify for the Covenant Care Operational Excellence Award, a facility must meet several standards. Those standards include: exceeding clinical standards, positive Federal and State Survey outcomes, low employee turnover and positive employee relations in addition toan excellent customer service program. Covenant Care operates 50 facilities in 9 states.

EAGLE POINT ALSO RECEIVES CLINICAL EXCELLENCE AWARD FOR 5 YEARS IN A ROW! We have great nursing care at Eagle Point and we continue to exceed our corporate expectations of clinical excellence. We track four key statistics: pressure sores, weight loss, chemical restraints and physical restraints and for 4 years in a row we have continued to exceed those expectations.

Eagle Point adds Family Council Meetings with CEO
In 2010, we have added 2 Family meetings per month with the CEO, there is an afternoon and evening meeting (please see the Monthly Activity Calendar Tab). This allows our families to become even more of a stakeholder in the care we provide. All families are invited.
