We provide quality service to all our residents through our Rehabilitation and Nursing Departments. Family members are encouraged to take an active role in the care of their loved one's return to health.
Family Council meetings are held quarterly to educate and showcase a variety of the center's departments
and inform family members to the aspects of life in their loved one's
new home, Downey Rehabilitation Care Center. There is a difference in skilled nursing
facilities. We Are Family Serving Families.
