Covington Manor Health & Rehabilitation Center is a beautiful 149 bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. We are conveniently located in southwest Fort Wayne near Lutheran Hospital close to interstate 69. All rooms, both private and semi-private, are Medicare certified. Covington Manor's professional staff provides comprehensive skilled nursing services twenty-four
hours a day seven days a week.

Covington Manor offers a home-like atmosphere for
residents with large semi-private and private rooms, a
beautiful dining room, spacious resident lounges, a large activity room, and a landscaped courtyard with a gazebo. A licensed beautician is available three days a week. For the convenience of our residents these on-site services are available:

The activity department staff is assisted by numerous volunteers who generously give of their time to enhance the quality of our residents lives.
