"The therapy program at Covington Manor was excellent. The attention to detail by the nursing and therapy staff was top notch! I would not hesitate to return to Covington Manor if I need nursing and rehabilitation services in the future. I would also recommend to my family and friends."

My Choice was Covington Manor

Adele Strubele was admitted to Covington Manor Health and Rehabilitation Center following a hospital stay for uncontrolled Diabetes. Prior to her hospital stay, she had been living at home with her husband and was independent with everything. Upon admission to the facility, she required assistance from staff for transfers, self care and walking.

After 3 weeks of both physical and occupational therapies, Adele was able to gain her independence back and she returned home with her husband! Adele decided to return to Covington Manor for outpatient therapy services to continue to improve her endurance with walking. Congratulations Adele!

Donna Bangert was admitted to Covington Manor Health and Rehabilitation Center following a hospital stay for a fractured femur. Upon admission to the facility, she required moderate assistance from staff for all self care and transfers. She was only able to walk up to 30 feet at a time with a walker and aide from her therapists. After 2 months of both physical and occupational therapies, Donna was able to gain her independence back with everything, including walking for community distances with just a cane!! She was able to return home independently! Congratulations Donna!
