Janee Farris
Executive Director

Janee has been in Long Term Care for 23 years and an Executive Director for 20 years. She was a Certified Nurses Assistant, Activity Director and Social Services Director prior to that. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with an emphasis on Adult Development and Aging. Her responsibility is to oversee the operations of the facility to ensure that Quality of Care and Quality of Life exists for each resident at Courtyard.

Michele Rath
Director of Nursing

Michele has been a nurse since 1984 and graduated from Guilford Technical Community College. Her experience includes oncology, public health, home health and skilled nursing. She has worked at Courtyard since 2011 and has been a Director of Nursing for eleven years. Michele’s goal is to bring a good quality of life to all of those that she is responsible for.

Jennifer McNeil
Business Office Manager

Jennifer has been in Long Term Care for 5 1/2 years. New to Courtyard, she has been here since February 2011. She manages insurance billing, supervises Accounts Payable/Payroll and works with families in managing their insurance.

Melanie Cox
Area Marketing Director

Melanie has worked at Courtyard since 2010. She has been in Long Term Care since 1997. Melanie has worked in many areas of skilled nursing such as C.N.A, Medical Records Director, Payroll/Accounts Payable, Business Office Manager and Admissions/Marketing. Melanie oversees the Admissions Department and creates new business for Courtyard.

Ryan Benipayo
MDS Coordinator

Ryan is a Registered Nurse graduated from Napa Valley College. He is working in Long Term Care as a MDS Coordinator and is responsible for resident assessments and updates care plans to optimize quality of care for the residents.
