Dr. Brett Eaton Medical Director Lorie Smith, RN Director of Nursing LSmith@covenantcare.com Lorie is responsible for all aspects of nursing and medical care. Please address any medical or nursing concerns with Lorie. Malibu Mulenga Facility Rehab Director mmulenga@covenantcare.com Malibu is responsible for all aspects of the therapy department and therapy staff. Malibu can assist with questions regarding Physical therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Outpatient Therapy, and/or Respiratory Therapy. Tiffany Stalbaum Sales & Marketing Director TStalbaum@covenantcare.com Tiffany is responsible for all aspects of the admission process. Tiffany can assist with questions regarding your admission. Brittney Whittaker Social Services Coordinator BWhittaker@covenantcare.com Brittney is responsible for assisting residents and families with emotional and spiritual needs, as well as conflict resolution. Brittney can assist with roommate conflicts, relocation adjustment, and family concerns or problems. Lonnie Phillips Maintenance Supervisor lphillips@covenantcare.com Bobbie Weaver Housekeeping & Laundry Supervisor Bobbie is responsible for all aspects of housekeeping, laundry and maintenance. Concerns or comments in these areas should be addressed with Bobbie. Megan Case Dietary Manager MCase@covenantcare.com Megan is responsible for planning and preparation of meals and snacks. Any comments or concerns regarding food should be addressed with Megan.
