COVENANT CARE ANNOUNCES 2009 AWARDS
Clinton House, owned and operated by Covenant Care has received the 2009 Covenant Care Clinical Indicator of Achievement Award and the Operational Excellence Award. Along with those awards, Select Therapies, also owned and operated by Covenant Care, which provides the rehabilitation and outpatient programs at Clinton House has been awarded Operational Excellence Award.
To qualify for the Covenant Care Clinical Indicator Achievement Award, a facility must meet several clinical standards of excellence. Those standards include: exceeding all clinical indicators – chemical restraints, physical restraints, weight loss, and in-house acquired pressure ulcers.
To qualify for the Operational Excellence Award, a facility must meet several standards. Those standards include: exceeding financial expectations, exceeding clinical standards, positive Federal and State Survey outcomes, low turnover and positive employee relations, and must exceed accounts receivable guidelines.
Clinton House and Select Therapies, in FRANKFORT, met all of the above criteria and were presented with the 2009 Clinical Indicator Achievement Award at the Covenant Care Annual Awards held on March 29th. Accepting the award for Clinton House, was MARC BRANON, Executive Director along with REBECCA RITCHIE, Director of Nursing for Clinton House and for Select Therapies was MALIBU MULENGA,Facility Rehab Director. By winning this prestigious company awards, Clinton House and Select Therapies, continue to demonstrate Covenant Care’s commitment to quality care for its residents and staff.
