Clinton House Health & Rehab Center was acquired by Covenant Care in February, 2007.
Clinton House Health & Rehab, formerly known as Clinton House Convalescent
Center, was built in 1980 by Laura Peterson and three partners. "Building
Clinton House was the proudest moment in my career" says Peterson. Out
of all the long term care companies today, she selected Covenant Care to take
over because of Covenant Care's focus on quality patient care and commitment
to the communities in which they operate. Our focus is on high quality rehabilitation
as well as skilled long term care.
Covenant
Care was founded in 1994 and has grown to include over 5,000 employees caring
for over 4,000 residents in eight states. Covenant Care associates are focused
on achieving Clinical and Operational Excellence in every facility. Covenant
Care facilities offer state of the art therapy services through their sister
company, Select Therapy and the highly acclaimed Homeward Bound program. Covenant
Care's primary focus is high quality patient care and very high return home
rates.
Clinton House Health & Rehab Center is a 88-bed nursing and rehabilitation facility. Our admission team can come assess you 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.
