Cedar Ridge Health and Rehab Center is truly a special place. We not only strive to offer our residents the very best care and service each and every day but we also want to make a difference in their lives. Cedar Ridge is not just a nursing home! With the Clinic of Rehabilitation Excellence, Cedar Ridge offers short term rehabilitation and outpatient therapy services.
In the past two years, Cedar Ridge has proudly sent home nearly 150 residents through our Homeward Bound Program. Our goal is to send home over 100 in 2011!
