We are pleased to announce that Cedar Ridge have successfully discharged almost 100% of those residents who have come through our Hoeward Bound Program back into the community. Rehabilitaion therapy is a strong part of this program.l our tea of physical, occupational, and speech therapists designsk monitors, and evaluates individualized therapy programs that mimic everyday household tasks. Our Homeward Bound therapy program helps speed the recovery process, anablling residents to return home as soon as possible.
