Cedar Ridge Health and Rehab Center is a 110- bed Medicare/Medicaid certified facility that provides short- term and long term care for individuals with a broad spectrum of medical conditions. Available services include: 24 hour Skilled Nursing care, RN and LPN nursing supervision, medication administration and medical management.

The Clinic of Rehabilitation Excellence (C.O.R.E.) is Cedar Ridge’s own state of the art therapy program, offering PT, OT, and Speech Therapy 7 days a week. C.O.R.E. offers short term and outpatient programs, designed to keep you or your loved one as independent as possible. The Homeward Bound Program serves to return individuals back home, quickly and safely.
