Catered Manor, you enter a community of compassion. You'll

Catered Manor provides a complete and comprehensive rehabilitation
program consisting of Physical, Occupational, Speech and
Respiratory Therapy services. Each resident will receive
a comprehensive assessment to determine his or her rehabilitation
needs. Our rehabilitation team will review this assessment
to develop an individualized plan of care for each resident.
This team specializing in geriatric rehabilitation will
coordinate their efforts with all members of the facility
treatment team, the hospital and/or managed care discharge
planners, case managers, social services personnel, physicians
and family members to ensure a smooth transition home or
integration into Long Term Care.
