We are a smaller facility, where you are known by your name and not a number. Our staff are dedicated to providing quality, compassionate and innovative health care. Our goal is to help you succeed and return to your prior level of function.

Carson Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is proud to announce our HOMEWARD BOUND PROGRAM, we sent 168 rehabilitation candidates home last year!

Upon arrival or before, we need copies of: Picture identification, Insurance cards, Medicare card or Medicare replacement, Medicare D (pharmacy) card and Power of Attorney for Health Care.
