"I was just released from Wagner Heights Nursing & Rehabilitation Center and I had wonderful service while I was there. I would give this place 6 stars! I really wish to thank two CVN's who deserve special thanks for terrific service. On the morning shift, Christina R. went far beyond to make my stay comfortable and an enjoyable experience. On the day shift Arron was always ready to help with my needs. I was there for rehabilitation services, so extra thanks is needed for Brenda and her daughter in OT and Raul in PT. They made my exercises fit my needs and taught me some things I can do by myself at home. I would also like to thank my Social Worker Ann for answering my questions. Most of all I want to thank and praise my favorite nurse Varinder at the Club Nurses Station. She was always friendly and answered all my questions on my medications. Thank you ALL for a great and short stay! You will not be forgotten!"

"My Mother has been a resident at Wagner Heights for over two years and is really happy there. Thanks for the wonderful staff, especially the CNA's that work with and care for my mother. One CNA in particular goes above and beyond her call to duty, Christina R. is an amazing caregiver and my mother is in great hands when Christina is on duty. Thanks for all you do for our mother, it's very much appreciated."

"My mother was recently a short stay patient suffering from a stroke and she would like to thank Estrella, Brandi and June for their excellent care in helping and assisting her recuperation. She wants to say thank you although my mother admits to being difficult at times these three personally helped pull her through. To the physical rehab department, excellent work and dedication overall, we were well pleased. I myself work at a hospital and I will always recommend Wagner Heights as a priority if needed."

"I'm a resident here at Wagner Heights Nursing. I want to rate 5 stars to a great CNA that's always willing to help even when she's not my CNA. Christina Rivera always goes above and beyond!

"After my grandma experienced a car accident that left her with left sided paralysis, Wagner Heights accepted her for short term therapy. The facility did an great job! From the moment we stepped into the place, we were greeted with care and concern and the reassurance that she was placed in the best hands and they would not just cater to her needs but care about her needs. The staff was upbeat and kind. Even when we experienced some family differences due to tension being high on the development of my grandmother, the facility provided us with necessary assistance from the case mgmt team and was able to resolve our issues w/o the care of my grandmother being hindered. I would recommend this skilled nursing facility to any that seek care and guidance in times when nursing and rehab is necessary."

"My best friends grandfather stayed here after his surgery, and they took amazing care of him! I came to visit him twice before he was sent home and they had him in a really nice private room that had a patio, and we would get to sit back and visit with him. I've volunteered at other facilities before but this one was by far the cleanest and the staff was super friendly! I didn't get a "nursing home" vibe, he was focused on therapy and family got to visit as often as they wanted. Oh yeah, and they had someone come to his house and help him for a while!"

"My mother fractured her hip from a fall. Three days after surgery, she was admitted at Wagner Heights. She stayed 2 1/2 weeks for therapy. She was greatful of the service she received. The rehab staff were great. Nursing staff were attentive. She is now at home, living independently.
"I would recommend Wagner Heights to others. The staff is amazing. I felt comfortable and at ease when my grandmother was staying there. The nurses took great care of her. The facility was nice and clean and up to date. Stephanie in the admissions departments was very helpful and assured me that during my grandmothers stay she would be well taken care of."

My father-in-law has been struggling with PSP for many years now. Progressive supranuclear palsy, is an uncommon brain disorder that causes serious problems with walking, balance and eye movements. When he had fallen, one too many times, the doctors felt it would be in his best interest if he was admitted to Wagner Heights Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. Upon arrival, the staff here made him comfortable and welcome. We visited him the first day and we were all pleased with how well maintained the facility is. He has a private room with a sliding glass door that overlooks the serene courtyard. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. For us, Wagner Heights gives us comfort that he is being watched and properly cared for in his condition.
