Norwood Health & Rehabilitation keeps in touch with the community by offering free TAI CHI and YOGA classes.
At Norwood Health and Rehabilitation Center, our Activities Program plays a key role in caring for our residents. We offer a variety of activities for our residents’ to maintain a homelike atmosphere, while at the same time promoting independence and community.
We also offer free Tai Chi and Yoga classes to the community. Tai Chi is an ancient martial art that has recently been rediscovered by Western Medicine for its many health benefits. Yoga is a form of exercise that includes prolonged stretching and deep breathing.

When you come in to our building its like walking into someone's home, our home. It is neat, tidy and has a home like atmosphere to it. Our building is odor free.
We are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week to assist you when you need us most. We are hassle free and people friendly. We strive to make the transition into our facility flow as smoothly as possible.
In the event that you have a pre-planned surgery, and know that you are in need of rehabilitative services, we can work with you to have your registration complete before you even have your surgery. This is our way of saying thank you for choosing Norwood.
