My passion for the elder population began when I was in high school, working at my small town grocery store and my favorite day was senior citizen discount day! My experience began as a C N A many years ago and I realized this was the field I wanted to build my career in and truly have the ability to make a difference. I have been an administrator for over 20 years and love it! I am excited to join the team at NSNR and look forward to becoming part of the family! I believe strongly in treating all with dignity and respect and creating a warm, kind environment for our residents and staff. To see our residents and staff smile, support each other, and be kind to one another makes my day! I look forward to a rewarding journey with the team at Nebraska Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation!
Traci joined the Nebraska Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in 2017 as a Community Clinical Liaison. Traci's love for nursing began as a dietary aide in a Long Term Care setting. She is an "Army Brat" who has lived in different states and countries where extended family were miles away. The residents she served became surrogate families to her. From getting to know the resident's life stories to hearing them talk about their families that ignited a passion for being there for seniors.nursing just seemed to be the right career fit. Traci brings over 20 years nursing experience including charge nurse and wound care. In addition to her Community Clinical Liaison role, she is a critical piece of the Admissions process. In her time away from her passion, Traci loves movies, and spending time with her family especially her Grandson.
Business Office Manager
My first job out of college was at a nursing home in my hometown and I have been working in long term care ever since. I love being able to combine my love of numbers with my desire to help people, especially our older population. When I'm not working, I love spending time with my husband Tom, our dog Auggie, and our two cats, Sherlock and Butters. Since starting at Covenant Care in September 2017, I have learned so much and have experienced both personal and professional growth. I'm proud to be a part of such a great team here at Nebraska Skilled!
