Adele S. was admitted to Covington Manor Health and Rehabilitation Center following a hospital stay for uncontrolled Diabetes. Prior to her hospital stay, she had been living at home with her husband and was independent with everything. Upon admission to the facility, she required assistance from staff for transfers, self care and walking.
After 3 weeks of both physical and occupational therapies, Adele was able to gain her independence back and she returned home with her husband! Adele decided to return to Covington Manor for outpatient therapy services to continue to improve her endurance with walking.

Florence was admitted to Covington Manor's Homeward Bound therapy program after suffering a stroke. After only 15 days of physical and occupational therapy, Florence successfully returned home!
