Covenant
Care (CC) provides skilled nursing and
assisted living services to individuals who can no longer care for themselves.
We operate 45 facilities located in CA, IL, IN, IA, NE, NV and OH. In addition,
we provide therapy services to our residents and those of other long-term care
facilities. Each of our employees approaches their day-to-day job with the simple
philosophy that "We are Family, Serving Families". This belief surrounds
all that we do from daily interactions with our residents to how we treat our
residents, families and co-workers.
A family that chooses one of our facilities to place their
loved one is making a decision to give that loved one the choice for regaining
lost function and independence.
At Covenant Care, we have developed services that are
both high touch and high tech. Our facilities are interconnected through information
services that enable facilities to communicate with each other and receive information
timely with which to best care for their patients. Our goal as a company is
to provide each facility with the information it needs to provide the highest
level of care possible in an increasingly demanding industry.
